Crude Soya lecithin are transported into the raw material tank after being transported into the plant by tanker. |
| 2: Filter | Filter impurities in the raw material through a filter. |
| 3: Tempering |
The raw materials and auxiliary materials are added to the reaction tank according to the ratio, and the temperature is controlled at 55~65 °C. The quenched and tempered materials are pumped into the thin film evaporator. |
| 4: Concentrate | Start the vacuum pump, adjust the pressure of the thin film evaporator to -0.09~-0.1Mpa, the temperature is 105~130°C, start the feed of the material pump, adjust the opening of the valve to the balance of the feed on both sides, observe the foam content of the material through the barrel, and the material is qualified. Then enter the recovery tank, otherwise continue to concentrate, remove excess water through a film dryer, and concentrate for 4 to 5 hours. |
