Maltodextrin is a popular sweetener, and distinguished food additive with appearance of White Powder, with 99% purity, the molecular formula is C12H22O11.
It is produced from starch by partial Hydrolysis and is usually found as a white Hygroscopic spray-dried powder. Maltodextrin is easily digestible, absorbed as rapidly as glucose, and might be either moderately sweet or almost flavorless.
It is widely used in beverages, frozen food, candy, cereal, dairy products, health products and other industries, as well as in textile, daily chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Note: Maltodextrin can be enzymatically derived from any starch. In the US, this starch is usually corn; in Europe, it is commonly wheat.
1. In Food Industry:
- Confection: Improving the taste, tenacity and the structure of foods; Preventing recrystallization and extending shelf life.
- Dairy Products: Acts as a bulking agent when added to dairy products like milk powder, Maltodextrin makes the products bulky and not easy to cake, easily soluble, and prolongs the shelf life of the product.
- Beverages: Maltodextrin adds flavor, soluble, consistent and delicious, and reduce sweet taste and cost.
- Dehydrated Vegetable: it can help the maintenance of the original color and luster, add some flavor.
- Peanut Butter: It is used in peanut butter to reduce the fat content but keep the texture intact.
2. In Paper Making Industry:
Maltodextrin can be used in paper making industries as a bond material because it has good fluidity and strong cohesion-tension. The quality, structure and shape of the paper can be improved.
3. In Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries:
Maltodextrin can be used in cosmetics that may have more effect to protect skin with more luster and elasticity. In Toothpaste production, it can be used as a substitute for CMC. The dispersity and stability of pesticides will be increased.

- Plastic paper bag or three-layer Kraft paper bag, net weight of each is 25kg.
- Polypropylene container bags of 500kg or 1000kg net each.

7-15 working days after deposit.

- Avoid mixing with poisonous, peculiar smell and colored powder.
