Sodium Bicarbonate better known as Baking Soda is a popular leaving / bulking agent, and distinguished food additive with appearance of White Powder, with 99% purity, the molecular formula is NaHCO3. It has been called by many names: Bicarbonate of soda, sodium bicarb, nahcolite and many others.
