Crafting process

 Description
1: Raw Material

Crude Soya lecithin are transported into the raw material tank after being transported into the plant by tanker.

2: Filter

Filter impurities in the raw material through a filter.

3Tempering

The raw materials and auxiliary materials are added to the reaction tank according to the ratio, and the temperature is controlled at 55~65 °C. The quenched and tempered materials are pumped into the thin film evaporator.

4: Concentrate

Start the vacuum pump, adjust the pressure of the thin film evaporator to -0.09~-0.1Mpa, the temperature is 105~130°C, start the feed of the material pump, adjust the opening of the valve to the balance of the feed on both sides, observe the foam content of the material through the barrel, and the material is qualified. Then enter the recovery tank, otherwise continue to concentrate, remove excess water through a film dryer, and concentrate for 4 to 5 hours.

5: Temporary storage

The concentrated material is cooled by a cooling device below the thin film evaporator, and is temporarily stored in the finished product tank.

6: Filling

The material is pumped into the filling chamber by the pump for quantitative filling.

7: Storage

The qualified products after packaging enter the finished product warehouse, 30cm away from the wall, the classification and positioning code are placed, and there is a clear distinction between the signs.
